We are excited to announce our first wave of several new exciting retailers – including iconic fashion brands and restaurants — that will be opening in November 2013 in the Park Royal Village Expansion!
Stay tuned for further announcements of which other retailers will be joining Park Royal in the second phase of the expansion.

Park Royal will continue to be a thriving neighbourhood – a community within a community – where people can shop, live, learn, be entertained and enjoy their leisure time, day and evening. Guided by the goals of the broader community, Park Royal will draw on principles of sustainable neighbourhood design to grow and set the foundation for a vibrant and active community into the future.
We’ve spent the last few years developing a proposal for a thriving new neighborhood in West Vancouver, one that would improve upon what already exists.
For decades we’ve been evolving from our roots as a retail centre to a highly desirable mixed-use community. Having solicited your input and adjusted our proposal accordingly, we think now’s the time to become a one-stop destination that reflects the best elements of our West Vancouver lifestyle.

Our Park Royal Neighbourhood Presentation Centre is now open. It is located in Park Royal South, just across from Lugaro Jewellers, and is open daily from 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Just as The Village at Park Royal’s success was the result of listening to the community, we hope the Park Royal Neighbourhood will enjoy the same success.
We look forward to your feedback in the coming months. With everyone’s help, we will make the Park Royal Neighbourhood an energetic destination that will thrive well into the future – right where density belongs.
What’s Happening at Park Royal
Park Royal South
The east/west road on the southern side of the Park Royal South parkade will be closed until Friday, May 24.
The east/west road on the northern side of the Park Royal South parkade will remain closed for the next few weeks to conduct road work. Customers will still be able to access White Spot and The Keg through a vehicle entrance in the parking lot adjacent to White Spot.
New Bus Turnaround
Our partnership with TransLink has allowed us to create a unique bus turnaround route, which goes right through the parking lot just north of The Village. This will include new layover bays and new transit shelters, and will enable buses to more conveniently turn around on our property in a way that hasn’t been done before.
Taylor Way – New Signalized Traffic Light Preparation
We are installing a new signalized traffic light on Taylor Way South – near Indigo Books. This traffic light will better facilitate traffic movement on Taylor Way South and in and out of Park Royal South. It will replace the existing pedestrian crosswalk across Taylor Way that is currently located at Indigo Books, and will be a safer option for pedestrians crossing Taylor Way. There will be some traffic interruptions on Taylor Way South while this work takes place.
Until Wednesday, May 15, Taylor Way South (near Indigo Books) will have single-lane closures to accommodate a water main tie in.
Until Friday, May 17, landscaping will take place on the east side of Taylor Way (between Maple Leaf Storage and 100 Park Royal). There will be intermittent sidewalk closures during this time.
From Tuesday, May 21 to Thursday, May 23, Taylor Way South (near Welch Street) will have single-lane closures to accommodate a water main tie in.
The Taylor Way South road improvement work will be completed by Friday, May 24. However, please be aware that more work will need to be done in the future. We will let you know exact dates once the construction schedule is finalized.
