PARK SMART AT PARK ROYAL
Construction of the Park Royal Village Retail Expansion is well underway. While we are undergoing construction, some of our parking in the front of Park Royal South has been affected.
However, we still have over 4,400 free parking stalls for your convenience. All of these parking areas are well lit to ensure your safety and are close to Park Royal entrances.

PARK SMART AT PARK ROYAL
Ground Level Parking
Park Royal North, Park Royal South and The Village at Park Royal offer ground level parking. For Park Royal South, this covered area is located behind Extra Foods, SportChek, Atmosphere and Winners. Ground level parking is available near White Spot, The Keg and the bus stops. There is also lots of parking behind Home Depot in The Village at Park Royal, as well as behind Homesense and Milestones, and in the parking lot adjacent to Whole Foods.
Second and Third Level Parking
A substantial amount of parking is available for both Park Royal North and Park Royal South on our second and third levels. For Park Royal South, these parking areas are easily accessible from ramps located around each side. Parking is available near Absolute Spa, Staples, Osaka, Future Shop and on the roof near the Car Wash. Keep your eye out for our redirection signage, coloured in yellow so that it is easy to spot!
Clyde Avenue Parkade
There are 450 parking stalls available in our Clyde Avenue parkade (located on Park Royal North, near The Bay).
Bike Parking
There are various locations on Park Royal North, Park Royal South and The Village at Park Royal where cyclists can safely lock up their bicycles.

All of our parking areas are well lit to ensure your safety. Our security team patrols our parking areas regularly, but if you have any concerns or questions, please contact any of our on-site security team members or call our PROS line at 604-922-5866.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is it safe to park behind Park Royal with all the construction occurring?
Yes. The ground, second and third level parking areas (behind Park Royal South) are safe and structurally sound to park in. The construction is occurring on the at-grade parking and parkade on the northern side of Park Royal South and will not impact the parking areas on the southern side.
How do I know which parking areas are closed?
Appropriate redirection signage has been placed all around Park Royal. They are coloured in yellow so that they are easy to spot and follow.
Do you have accessible (disabled) parking spaces near other entrances on Park Royal South?
Yes. Accessible (disabled) parking spaces are still available near other entrances on Park Royal South to allow for easy access.

How many parking stalls are available in the different parking areas around Park Royal?
We have over 4,400 free parking stalls available for our customers in the following areas:
- 250 parking stalls are available in Section E, near White Spot, The Keg and the bus stops
- 680 parking stalls are available on the upper level of Park Royal South, near Absolute Spa, Staples, Osaka and Future Shop
- 265 parking stalls are available on the roof of Park Royal South, near the Car Wash
- 560 parking stalls are available on the lower level of Park Royal South, located near Extra Foods, Sport Chek, Atmosphere and Winners
- 1,000 parking stalls are available in The Village at Park Royal
- 1,200 parking stalls are available in Park Royal North
- 450 parking stalls are available in our Clyde Avenue parkade
